LG expands its Smart Monitor lineup with the introduction of the LG 32SR85U following the LG 32SE50F. Joining the MyView series, this 31.5-inch monitor packs several features including 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels), IPS technology, HDR10 support, and covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 color space.
The specs promise a 10-bit color depth, a 5ms response time (gray to gray), a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. Estimated brightness levels reach 400 cd/m². With webOS 23, these displays operate independently, providing access to a plethora of apps, from Microsoft 365 to various streaming services.
Included in the package is a remote control, complemented by voice control capabilities. Sound-wise, two 5-watt speakers serve as audio sources. On the connectivity front, the monitor offers AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, HDMI 2.0, WLAN, and USB-C (with 45, 65, or 90-watt PD).
Out of the box, the LG 32SR85U comes with a detachable Full HD webcam. Its stand, offering tilt and height adjustments, lends the device a TV-like appearance.
