Lenovo announces Nine new ThinkPad Laptops with Windows 10

Lenovo warms up ahead of the CES 2017 in Las Vegas, announcing the launch of the 9 new ThinkPad laptops, all equipped with Windows 10 OS and 7th generation Intel Core i-series Kaby Lake CPUs.
All laptops are Signature PCs, equipped with a bundle software without any customization and bloatware. In addition to the ThinkPad, Lenovo specifically has updated the T-series, L-series, X270 and Yoga 370 convertivle laptops.

Here we have a list of all new Lenovo ThinkPad laptops:

Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370:

Display is 13.3-inches with Full HD (1080p) resolution, memory up to 16GB if DDR4 RAM and SSD up to 1TB. The battery life is up to 10 hours, while the connectivity includes Thunderbolt 3 interface with USB Type-C connector. The laptop will be available in March and pricing starting at $1,264.

Lenovo ThinkPad T470:

Display is 14-inches with Full HD (1080p) resolution, memory up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, GeForce 940MX GPU with 2GB of GDDR5 RAM, Thunderbolt 3 and an Ethernet port. It will be a perfect portable laptop for corporate users and suitable for loads work as evidenced it promising a battery life up to 18 hours. It will be available in February, pricing starting from $914.

Lenovo ThinkPad T570:

It’s specificiations are quite similar to T470, but is equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD (1080p) touch screen display or, a 4K non-touch display optionally. Compared to the previous version, T570 is 8% lighter and 10% thinner. It’s availability is scheduled for the March, starting at $ 909.

Lenovo ThinkPad T470s:

There is not any dedicated GPU for T470s, but it uses integrated graphics. It comes with 14-inch Full HD (1080p) touch screen display or (1440p) non touch screen display. The stated battery life is 10.5 hours, and up to 24GB of DDR4 RAM. The price will start from $1,099 and release date set to in February.

Lenovo ThinkPad T470p:

Its compactness is his strong point, but provides high computing performance. Again, its aimed to corporate users, equipped with Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU with 2GB of RAM, hardware configurations up to 32GB of RAM. The display size is 14 inches (available in FHD, FHD touch, and WQHD). The connections includes 3 x USB 3.0 ports, but no Thunderbolt 3 and USB Type-C. Pricing starts from $1,049, while it will be available in March.

Lenovo ThinkPad 13:

This is an affordable laptop designed for students and small businesses, who have an eye for the price. It includes 13.3-inch Full HD (1080p) touchscreen a display, up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM and SSD up to 512GB. There is also USB Type-C port, but no name of Thunderbolt 3. It will be available in January with a starting price of $674.

Lenovo ThinkPad L470:

It is equipped with a 14-inch 720p or 1080p display, no touch screen options are available, but it can be configured with discrete GPUs. It packs in 32GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 1TB HDD or up to 256GB SSD and will be available from March with starting price of $779.

Lenovo ThinkPad L570:

It comes with a similar hardware to L470 but differs in the display size such as 15.6-inch display and a extra number of ports such as 4 x USB 3.0 and mini DisplayPort. For storage, we will have up to 1TB HDD or 512GB SSD and isn’t offered with a discrete GPU. This model will be available in March starting at $909.

Lenovo ThinkPad X270:


The X270 is meant for mobility, it comes with a 12-inch display and can be configured with a dual battery architecture that promises a maximum battery life of up to 20 hours. There will be HD and FHD touch variants are also available, pricing starts from $909 and will be available in March.

Pricing and availability of the all new Lenovo ThinkPad Laptops for individual markets will be announced later.
