LeEco Le 2 Design, Specifications Tipped on Tenaa Certification Site

The LeEco Le 2 smartphone might soon hit shelves as the handset has been spotted on China’s Tenaa mobile certification website. It is worth noting that after the LeEco Le 1s launch in India, and now the Le 2 flagship would be launching soon, and that LeEco (LeTv) would also be launching Le 2 Pro smartphones was spotted on GFXBench. The launch date of the handsets remains a question.

First spotted on AnTuTu, the Le 2 is thought to be the device codenamed X526, now seen in the Tenaa listing. It is seen to feature a 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution that rated to offer a high pixel density 401ppi. The device running latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, is seen to be powered by a 2.3 GHz deca-core processor (unspecified chipset), but will include MediaTek Helio X25 deca-core SoC with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone supports 4G LTE, VoLTE connectivity.

Some of the other specifications mentioned in the listing for the LeEco Le 2 include 32GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card (unspecified storage), a 3000mAh battery; dimensions of 151.1 x 74.1 x 7.7mm and weighs 153 grams.

As per the images, this LeEco Phone is also equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera to capture decent selfie. The handset might also include a fingerprint reader on its rear panel, placed below the rear camera. The power and the volume buttons are placed on the rights-side of the device. From the looks of it, the device seems to feature a full metal uni-body.

An early GFXBenchmark listing from last month tipped the LeEco Le 2 – X620, will feature a 5.5-inch display with FHD resolution; runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow; Fingerprint sensor; Helio X25 deca-core MediaTek MT6797T chipset clocked at 2.0 GHz; Mali-T880 GPU; 3GB of RAM; 32GB of native storage; 16MP rear and 8MP front camera.
