At the IFA 2017 event in Berlin, Harman and JBL introduced a large number of audio products. We have already spoken about the JBL Reflect Fit, Free Earbuds, E65BTNC Headphones, Link and Boombox Speakers, while in this article we are dealing with JBL UA Sport Wireless Train headphones, JBL JR headphones for kids, and JBL Bar soundbars.
JBL UA Sport Wireless Train
In the wireless wearable audio device category, JBL has one more product up its sleeves. JBL has launched UA Sport Wireless Train headphones in partnership with Under Armour, as the first UA-branded product. The wireless headphones are covered under the Under Armour’s proprietary SuperVent fabric, which means you can choose the color of the headphone of your choice.
It packs a ‘Speed Charge Battery’ that can last up to one hour with just 5 minutes of charging and declared battery life up to 16 hours claims the company.
The UA Sport Wireless Train headphones will be made available in December this year at EUR 199.
JBL JR Headphones
JBL has also introduced JR headphones series, a new line of on-ear headphones for the kids, featuring JBL Safe Sound designed to always limit the volume below 85dB making them safe for your children. There are two headphones model: one wired and one wireless named JBL JR300 and JR300BT, respectively.
The features are similar: maximum SPL limited to 85dB, 32 mm drivers, soft padded headband, swivel and foldable pads for maximum comfort and maximum transportability, flat wired cable. Wireless headphones use Bluetooth 4.0, and the battery guarantees up to 12 hours of playback time. Including playback controls and microphone for hands-free calling.
Both JBL JR300 and JBL JR300BT headphones comes in various colors: Pink, Teal and Blue with Orange and will be available from this month at $24.99 for wired and $49.99 for wireless headphones.
JBL Bar
Other products that have been launched by JBL include a new Bar series of four soundbars meant for home theatre experience at home in a price range of EUR 179 to EUR 749.
Among them, the JBL Bar 5.1 is the top-of-the-line soundbar that can be used to create a stereo surround sound by detaching rear speakers into two. It also features a 510W of total system power, three 4K HDMI inputs, a 10-inch wireless subwoofer, and DTS decoding. Other three models are Bar STUDIO, Bar 2.1, and Bar 3.1.
