Irix Edge IFH-100-PRO Polarizing Filter Holder for Landscape Photography

Irix introduced the Edge IFH-100-PRO filter holder with a built-in polarizing filter system, offering the option of using two square or rectangular filters with a CPL filter. This accessory comes with a built-in optional circular polarizer, which is an essential tool in landscape photography to achieve effects that cannot be reproduced in post-processing.

Irix Edge IFH-100-PRO Polarizing Filter Holder

The Irix Edge IFH-100-PRO filter holder provides quick and secure clip-on attachment of filters to the lens and is compatible with the most popular 100mm filters with a thickness of 2mm or 1.1mm (interchangeable guides are included).

The holder is coated with a special paint that minimizes light reflections, and the material from it has been made has excellent mechanical properties (resistance to shock and temperature fluctuations). New filters are made from high-quality optical glass with 99.8% light transmission, and both filter surfaces are covered with the latest generation of an anti-reflective coating. That feature ensures true color rendition without any flares.

The included removable polarizing filter is a combination of the latest generation of tempered optical glass with advanced anti-reflective coatings that prevent dirt from settling and make it easy to keep the filter clean.
