Dell S2722DGM Curved 1440p Gaming Monitor with Variable Refresh Rate Technology

Dell introduced the S2722DGM PS5 1440p support gaming monitor which features variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. The new Dell gaming monitor for Xbox series X and PS5 includes a curved display, which, according to the manufacturer, will suit both PC gamers and owners of current game consoles.

Dell S2722DGM 27 inch monitor has a VA panel with a 1550R curvature. The Dell curved monitor features Quad HD resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, response time is 1 ms (MPRT) or 2 ms (GtG), 99% sRGB color gamut coverage, and support for AMD FreeSync technology.

The manufacturer also notes that Dell S2722DGM supports AMD FreeSync Premium as well as Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology. So you can enjoy a high-quality picture without artifacts not only on a PC but also on the next-generation game consoles Xbox Series X and PS5 1440p support.

Just Like AMD FreeSync, Variable Refresh Rate allows the screen to sync with the connected GPU and display images at the same frame rate that the PC or console currently provides. This ensures tear-free and reduced stuttering in addition to low input lag compared to classic V-Sync technology.

This new Dell curved monitor feature a contrast ratio of 3,000: 1, sRGB coverage of 99 percent, and a large viewing angle of 178 degrees. AMD FreeSync is supported, but Vesa DisplayHDR certification is lacking.
