Blu Energy M With 6.0 inch Display and Android 6.0 Goes Official

Blu has quietly introduced its new Energy M in USA. The new handset from Blu is now listed on the company’s as well as Amazon.com site with pricing and specifications. The Blu Energy M price in USA is set to $79.95 for unlocked smartphone and has gone on sale on Amazon in only Grey color option. 

The Blu Energy M smartphone will be available in Gold, Silver and Rose Gold color options soon. The front camera with LED flash and the device also houses the speaker grille on the back and the 3.5mm audio jack at the top, on each side of the micro-USB port. The volume buttons and the power button sit on the right edge of the device. The handset sports a metal back panel and dual SIM card slots.

Blu Energy M Specifications

As for specifications, the Energy M sports a larger 6.0-inch IPS LCD display with WVGA (480 x 854 pixels) resolution, along with Blu Infinite View Technology and average rate of pixel density is 196ppi. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by MediaTek MT6580 chipset clubbed with Mali-400 GPU. It packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB with the help of microSD card slot.

For Optical features, it features a 5-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with f/2.8 aperture and LED flash. It shoots HD 1080p videos at 30fps. There is a 2-megapixel selfie shooter with wide angle lens and front LED flash to capture brightest wide group selfies and high quality video chatting. 

The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and packs a 4000mAh battery that is claimed to last up to 720 hours and up to 3 days of standard usage time. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options.
