Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has been officially launched in China. It is mid-range device comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ waterdrop notch display, up to 6GB of RAM, Dual Rear Cameras with a 48MP sensor, fingerprint sensor, and running Android Pie with MIUI 10 out of the box.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 price in China starts from CNY 999 – approximately $147 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version, CNY 1,199 – approximately $176 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage model, and the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs CNY 1,399 – approximately $205. It will be available for order from today and goes on sale in China from January 15, 2018. The handset comes in Black, Blue and Purple color options.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch 2.5D curved glass waterdrop notch display with Full HD+ (2340 × 1080 pixels) resolution, 19:5:9 aspect ratio, 84% NTSC Color Gamut, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 450 nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and 1.95mm narrow bezels. The device has a glass back panel with a gradient design.

It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 512 GPU and 3GB of LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB / 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.

On the camera front, the Redmi Note 7 flaunts a dual rear camera setup; a 48-megapixel rear camera with 1/2″ Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor, an f/1.8 aperture with four-in-one pixel binning to make a 12MP image with a 1.6μm pixel. Along with the 5-megapixel secondary camera with portrait shots and AI features. For selfie, there is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a fingerprint sensor on the back panel and the handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on MIUI 10 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 support. It supports hybrid SIM slot with dual standby and for connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5, and USB C. The device measures 159.21 x 75.21 x 8.1mm and weighs 186 grams.
