Xiaomi has released two new video teasers dedicated to the upcoming Mi Mix 2S, the launch will be expected on March 27th in Shanghai. The first video allows us to take a look at the shape of the smartphone, which seems to perfectly match that of the current Mi Mix 2.

The second trailer is dedicated to the AI Face Unlock system that will be implemented in Mi Mix 2S, called Smart Unlock. The short video clip uses some of the most famous portraits in the story to convey a clear message: no matter how your appearance will change over time, Smart Unlock will always recognize you without error.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S should not include special sensors dedicated to this feature, so it could all be regulated by a software algorithm, accompanied by device learning features, and the front camera. The device will also include a fingerprint scanner alongside the traditional unlocking methods like use of pin code and patterns.
According to the previous leaks, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is expected to feature a 5.99-inch display with FHD+ (1080×2160 pixels) resolution. It is powered by Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is also expected to feature wireless charging support.
