Wammy Note 5 with 4GB RAM and Helio P10 SoC open for Registrations in India

MediaTek had a spectacular 2015 with the lots of budget to mid-range devices along with the announcement of the Helio chipset, a new version of the chip is about to be present on products from India, called Wickedleak Wammy Note 5.Wickedleak Wammy Note 5

The Wickedleak Mobile Indian firm is preparing a smartphone running Helio P10 Octa-core chipset from MediaTek. This smartphone will also be the first product equipped with P10 chip is sold in the Indian market, ahead of the China. Now, the vendor has announced the open registrations for Wammy Note 5 will be going on sale on January 15, 2016 and has been priced at Rs. 16,990 – approximately $255 will give tough competition to devices with 4GB RAM such as Asus ZenFone 2.

The handset supports 4G TDD-LTE in India and incorporates a MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 Octa-core chipset. Also, it is a Dual SIM smartphone. The Wickedleak Wammy Note 5 boasts of 5.5-inch IPS display, Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels with 2.5D curved glass. It packs a 4GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel Sony Exmor sensor on the back with dual LED Flash and there is an 8-megapixel OmniVision front facing camera and fingerprint sensor. Connectivity aspects onboard the device include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type C and GPS but no word on battery capacity and operating system.
