VideoLAN developer introduced a new version of the universal media player VLC for Windows 10 Mobile with so many improvements and bug fixes. 
New update comes with lots of fixes, including Force landscape mode settings, memory card detection error, potential deadlock when dismissing a dialog, thumbnailer deadlock issue, deadlock when discovering media have been solved.
Now in new VLC app for Windows phone the camera roll appearing in the regular video collection has been fixed, black screen encountered after a full playback solved, app crash issue when switching between audio collection tabs or browsing folders have been solved.
Media library re-indexing, wrong thumbnail being displayed in SMTC, swapchain resolution corrected, now add support for encrypted password store and previous/next buttons for video playback, dialog navigation on Xbox One improved, duplicated network shares display issue fixed, command bar improved, hardware decoding improved, allow audio items deletion, new subtitle rendering engine with font fallback, major playlist & playback code rewrite, and various WM10 UI issues have been fixed on new VLC media player for windows phone.
