Sony introduced three new mid-range smartphones at CES 2018 earlier this month, the Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra, and L2. In which now Sony Xperia XA2 is now up for pre-order in the UK.
Amazon.co.uk is the retailer to go to if you want to be among the first people in the UK to own the unlocked Xperia XA2 smartphone. The company will charge you £299.00 for the SIM-free Xperia XA2 32GB storage model. The Sony XA2 is offered in Black and Pink color options. It’s important to note that this will be the first Sony device with working fingerprint sensors in the UK.
Sony Xperia XA2 Specifications
The Sony Xperia XA2 features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with Image Enhance Technology, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, and Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor which fueled by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 14nm chipset paired with Adreno 508 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It packs a 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the camera front, the Sony XA2 flaunts a 23-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3″ Exmor RS sensor, Hybrid Autofocus, 84° wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. For selfie, it has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/4″ Exmor RS sensor, 120-degree wide-angle lens, and f/2.4 aperture.
The Sony Xperia XA2 comes equipped with a rear fingerprint sensor, runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and packs a 3300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and Qnovo Adaptive Charging.
It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C. The device measures 142 x 70 x 9.7 mm and weighs 171 grams.
