Sony Walkman A30 with 3.1 inch Touchscreen and DSD Playback Launched at IFA 2016

Sony has introduced a new Walkman A30 with High-Resolution Audio and compact design at IFA 2016. In the next generation of A-series High Resolution Audio Players, Sony also brings a high quality touch screen, and supports DSD (2.8 MHz) music playback with all familiar characteristics and potential of the older A20. 

The Walkman A30 measures 55.9 x 97.5 x 10.9 mm, and high quality 3.1-inch touch screen display for easy access. The Music player comes in a range of attractive colors including Black, Green, Yellow, Pink and Red, all can go well with the current line of Sony h.ear headphones.

For sound, this new High Resolution Audio Streaming player it is fully integrated with latest audio technology such as Clearaudio+, DSEE HX sound enhancement (Digital sound enhancement Engine) to help reconstruct high-quality audio from a standard Hi-Res compressed music files. A30 also includes Clear Phase and DC Phase Linearizer audio processing algorithms with deep analysis capabilities to to achieve the sound they deem most accurate and pleasing.

Walkman A30 still use Sony’s own operating system, the device supports NFC and the standard Bluetooth connection with compatible devices to enjoy high quality sound thanks to Sony LDAC. 

Regarding battery life, this High Resolution Music Player is capable of provide up to 45 hours of music playback time in MP3 128 Mbps format (NC Off), or the lowest at up to 22 hours of music playback time in DSD 2.8 MHz (NC On). Thus the device’s compact design still maintaining long battery life and the ability to provide high quality audio.

Sony Walkman A30 will be released in two variants including A35-16GB and A36HN-32GB come with headphones. In addition, users still expand the external memory up to 192GB with the help of microSD cards.
