ProGrade Digital introduced Type B CFexpress Card with Transfer speed of 1700 MB/s

ProGrade Digital has announced the release of the Type B CFexpress card. Recall that this type of memory card uses the PCIe Gen 3 interface and the NVMe 1.3 protocol. The new ProGrade Digital CF express cards provide read speeds of up to 1700 MB/s and peak write speeds of up to 1500 MB/s.

The Type B cards are offered in two levels of performance. The 325GB and 650GB Cobalt label cards provide a minimum steady-state recording speed of 1400 MB/s. The Gold label cards, which are available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options, have a minimum steady-state recording speed of 400 MB/s.

Both ProGrade Digital CFexpress cards are fully compliant with CompactFlash Association 2.0 specification, NVMe host interface with PCIe Gen3 X2 interconnect, extended battery life and low standby power through NVMe PS0 – PS4 support, Metal enclosure for improved durability and heat dissipation; Thermal throttling protects the card from overheating; Unique serialized tracking of every CFexpress card enabling identification of key components and manufacturing data for the highest quality control; Rigorous 100% full card testing down to individual memory chips for optimal quality X-ray proof, shock-proof. They are also temperature proof operating 14 to 158°F/ -10 to 70°C; storage -4 to 185°F/ -20 to 85°C.

Last month, ProGrade Digital has introduced new MicroSDXC V60 memory card series with an increased write speed of 130 MB/s, while the minimum stable write speed is 60 MB/s, which gives these micro SDXC cards a V60 rating, and pricing starts from $349.99.
