The Panasonic Soundbar series is extended with the two new SC-HTB250 and SC-HTB200 models. Both new Panasonic Soundbars have small dimensions, such as to allow easier integration into a wide range of environments.
The basic equipment is the same for both. Inside the soundbar are two full-range 10 x 4 cm transducers. The amplification section delivers 120W power for HTB250 and 80W for HTB200.
The sound effects are recreated via Virtual Surround. The user can select various listening modes for movies, television programs, and music. Supported audio formats include Dolby Digital and DTS. Connectivity includes Bluetooth and connected via HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics Control: allows you to control TV and soundbar with a single remote control).
To difference between HTB250 and HTB200 is essentially the presence of a wireless subwoofer on the higher-end model (HTB250). The unit also comes with compact dimensions, can be positioned both vertically and horizontally, so that it can also be placed in spaces normally closed to the more traditional subwoofers. Prices and availability will be announced soon.
