Updated on August 24th:
LG V30 rear cover images come to us from the reliable Roland Quandt via its Twitter profile that shows the rear glass cover possible in Ice Platinum color (but it could also be Blue Marine).
In response to a user’s twit, Roland himself confirmed that the V30 will not be equipped with a removable battery. The glass rear cover will be glued to the device.
Original Story:
Two weeks away from the official presentation, the LG V30, the new flagship is now unveiled from every angle thanks to a new press image published over the last few hours by well-known leaker Evan Blass via its Twitter profile.
LG V30 now in clear press image, we are seeing the next LG flagship, and one of the most compact phablets ever made that we can admire for the first time in every part of it. The obvious eye catching part of the device’s front, with 6-inch (1440 × 2880 pixels) QHD+ OLED FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio and narrow bezels and curved edges, which would seem to bend slightly, thinking of a 2.5D curved glass.
The image shows polished metal body and the antenna bands are present on the sides and it doesn’t have a power button since the fingerprint sensor will act as a power button. At the right side edge, SIM slot, while the two volume buttons are clearly visible on the left edge, separated from each other. Moving to the back, we find the company logo and model name printed in the middle, while at the top we have the horizontally placed dual camera setup featuring LED flash and two other unidentified sensors.
LG V30 camera will include a f/1.6 aperture and glass lens, and the company also confirmed new LG UX 6.0+ for the phone that will come with Floating Action Bar, Always-listening voice unlocking powered by Qualcomm Aqstic voice UI technology and more new features.
Coming to the leaked LG V30 specs, it is expected to feature dual 13MP f/1.6 with OIS + 13MP f/2.4 with wide-angle lens cameras, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB internal storage that can be expandable via microSD card.
