LG Optimus Zone 3 4G LTE smartphone was announced in USA and soon available to purchase exclusively on Verizon, leaked by Eveleaks on their Twitter account. It is the successor of the LG Optimus Zone 2 that was launched for Verizon last year. It is said to be an affordable 4G LTE smartphone from LG, selling price not disclosed yet.
The LG Optimus Zone 3 will feature a 4.0-inch IPS display with FWVGA resolution of 854×480 pixels. The handset will powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor along with 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.
On the camera front, It sports a 3-megapixel primary camera on the back panel with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie. There is built-in dual SIM functionality with dual standby and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system out of the box.
The Optimus Zone 3 will support 4G LTE connectivity with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, MicroUSB 2.0, FM radio and 3.5 mm audio jack connectivity options. It packs a 1700mAh battery. All these LG Optimus Zone 3 specifications are based on rumors actual specs will be different when launched.
The company recently launched the LG G Pad II 8.3 LTE Tablet in Korea. It features a 8.3-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920 x 1200p) resolution, a pixel density of 273ppi. It is powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor and Adreno 405 GPU. It packs a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage which can also be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and packs a 4,800mAh battery out of the box.
