Garmin has unveiled a new premium smartwatch named Fenix Chronos for those who regularly do sports. Based on Fenix 3 variant, Garmin has a refreshed design to give Fenix Chronos more elegant and luxurious look, creating the premium smartwatch design instead of sports. Garmin Fenix Chronos is introduced in three versions such as steel with a vintage leather band, steel with brushed stainless steel band and titanium with brushed titanium hybrid band. 
Fenix Chronos has all the features of the HR series mainly Garmin Fenix 3 HR, including with 1.2-inch always-on display, Chroma has good visibility in sunlight, dubbed as “sunlight-readable color Garmin Chroma Display”, and water resistant in depths of up to 100 meters. In addition to sensors that measure heart rate, Fenix Chronos also integrates GPS, GLONASS, the accelerometer, barometer, altitude sensors, 3-axis digital compass, connect to the smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ LE.
Towards to the athletes, Garmin should have a lot of built-in features into this timepiece. It has the ability to track and many more other sports activities such as cycling, swimming, skiing. Ski/Board mode puts speed, distance, vertical drop and an automatic run counter (with Auto Pause for the lift line) and more at your fingertips. For daily physical activity, you can also set your goals. 
With Connect IQ, users can install the app, widget, watch face and more. Garmin Connect app allows tracking movement as running speed, beats per minute and heart rate variability, to estimate the maximum volume of oxygen you can consume per minute. Track changes to see your fitness gains and to compare with your peers. Other fitness metrics include recovery advisor with a recovery timer and recovery check plus a race predictor. Garmin Fit Watch can be connected to smartphones via Bluetooth 4.0 LE to receive notifications such as calls, emails, text messages, calendar appointments, and more. When connected to a smartphone, the battery can last up to 1 week, as per listing.
