Samsung is soon to be released Galaxy A9 smartphone model. The Samsung Galaxy A9 AnTuTu benchmark results were leaked out and shows the specification of this new Samsung smartphone with a model number SM-A9000, that also speculated as a Galaxy A9.
After the Samsung Galaxy A8 with ultra-thin screen edges, now expected to launch the next version of the Galaxy A series as Galaxy A9. Specification parameters of this model also recently appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark.
Samsung Galaxy models A9 remains in the intermediate segment of Samsung, but the device is smaller than A8 (5.7-inch Full HD screen), when owning Super AMOLED 5.5-inch screen with Full HD resolution.
Besides, the Galaxy A9 processor is also equipped with enhanced Snapdragon 620 chipset and next-generation GPU. This chipset consists of Octa-core Cortex-A72 CPU, which bring more speed than Ocat-core Cortex-A53s CPU being used for the current mid-range devices. Additionally, Adreno 510 GPU is believed to have a better performance when playing the game on Full HD (1080p) display.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 also features a quite impressive RAM with 3GB and 32GB of internal memory. But AnTuTu benchmark result did not disclose the camera sensors. Currently, Samsung A9 (SM-A9000) would run on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, hopefully after the official launch, handsets will be pre-loaded with Google’s latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Samsung is expected to launch Galaxy A9 at the end of this year.
