The smartwatch has also got Android 5.1.1 update last year to bringing new features for the users. Just recall the Asus ZenWatch specifications, It owns an impressive rectangular clock face design and 1.63-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 320×320 pixels, that can rated to deliver a pixel density of 278ppi. It features a 2.5D curved screen along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

On hardware front, it is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC clubbed with a 512MB of RAM. On storage, it packs in a 4GB of internal storage without external microSD card support. It packs 1.4Whr battery under the hood.

Asus ZenWatch based on the Android platform, the ZenUI interface is slightly customizable. Asus ZenWatch equipped with some advanced features such as shading screen to turn off notifications, unlock and Remote Camera etc. The Asus Zen Watch also be integrated with the health monitoring features such as counting steps, analyzing energy consumption and more.

This ASUS Smart Watch has been given an IP55 water-resistant rating; Micro-USB and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity options, along with a built-in microphone.

Although Asus launched the ZenWatch 2 Band last year at Computex 2015 has been priced at $129. It is separated into two dimensional variables – (WI501Q) 1.63-inch AMOLED screen with a screen resolution of 320×320 pixels / 49 x 41 mm stainless steel housing and a compact version (WI502Q) 1.45-inch AMOLED screen with a screen resolution of 280×280 pixels / 45 x 37 mm. It is available in 18 different color combinations and materials.

Talking about Asus ZenWatch 2 specifications, both the wearables are powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processors coupled with 512MB RAM. Both the variants come equipped with 4GB of native storage and supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity.
