LG 27CN650N Fanless Thin Client Monitor with Webcam

Another new all-in-one thin client monitor with camera has been introduced, named the LG 27CN650N. The LG 27 inch monitor has an IPS panel with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), achieves a maximum refresh rate of 60 Hz, and covers 93 percent of the sRGB color space.

The contrast ratio is 1000: 1, the response time is 5 ms (gray to gray), and the typical brightness is 250 cd/m². Like the recently unveiled LG 24CN670N and LG 34CN650N, the 27 inch monitor with camera has a fanless Celeron J4105 processor (4 cores, 1.5–2, 5 GHz). In this case, the CPU is supported by 4 GB DDR4 RAM. The eMMC storage has a capacity of 16 GB and does not come with an operating system as standard. Windows 10 IoT, Ubuntu, or IGEL OS, for example, can be installed or used on request.

The interfaces include Bluetooth 5.0, DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI, RJ-45, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, WLAN 802.11ac, an audio combo socket (microphone input and headphone output), and USB-C with DisplayPort alternate mode to disposal. The thin client can be rotated, tilted, adjusted in height, and pivoted. If required, sound can be reproduced via two integrated 3-watt loudspeakers. A pop-up webcam in the upper edge of the display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

The LG 27CN650N-6N weighs 5.6 kg without a stand and has dimensions of 622.3 x 371.5 x 61.0 mm (W x H x D), which is color calibrated at the factory.

LG 27CN650N all-in-one thin client monitor with camera is listed on Bhphotovideo.com, and Adorama.com for $649; the Newegg.com store has also listed the device at $592.33, and it cost £496 on Amazon.co.uk online store.
