Casio G-SHOCK MOVE DWH5600 smartwatch is now available in the US

Pre-orders for the Casio G-SHOCK MOVE DWH5600 quartz solar smartwatch are now open in the US. Equipped with a Polar algorithm, this smartwatch allows you to monitor your heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Furthermore, with GPS tracking via smartphone, you can keep track of your location during workouts. The watch also features a MIP LED display and solar charging capability.

Recently launched in Japan under the name DW-H5600, the DWH5600 is identical to the Japanese model, which debuted in five different versions, including a 40th-anniversary limited edition.

Featuring an optical sensor with an LED light, the Casio G-SHOCK MOVE DWH5600 keeps track of your heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Additionally, it has an accelerometer to record your daily steps. Although it does not have a built-in GPS, connecting it to your smartphone ensures more accurate distance measurements. The POLAR algorithm is also present, offering insights into your sleep and workouts, much like the GBDH2000 model.

Casio smartwatches measure 51.1 x 44.5 mm (~2.01 x 1.75 in) and come with a Memory in Pixel (MIP) LED that makes the screen readable even in bright sunlight. You can charge the smartwatch via USB-C or solar power, which requires two hours of exposure to a sunny windowsill for a full charge. The battery lasts up to seven days. The DWH5600-1 is black, while the DWH5600-2 is light blue.
