Vivo Y31A with 4.7-inch Display and 8MP Camera Launched

Vivo Y31A has been officially launched in China, this is an upgraded variant of the Y31 also supports 4G FDD-LTE connectivity. Vivo Y31A price in China is around 999 RMB – approximately $155 USD. The handset is now available in major retail stores across China and is also sold by China Telecom as well.

The Vivo Y31A features a 4.7-inch IPS display with qHD resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 128GB with the help of microSD card.

Y31A comes with an 8-megapixel primary rear camera on the back with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. There is also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.4 wide aperture for video conferencing and stunning selfie. It can shoot Full HD 1080p video at 30fps. The camera also supports various modes such as HDR, Panorama, Night, Sports, Child and much more.

It also comes with some pre-installed apps such as QQ client, Sina Weibo, WeChat,  Baidu, Tencent News, Iqiyi video, video Tencent, Netease cloud music, eBooks and more.

The Vivo Y31A runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system based on company’s own Funtouch OS 2.5 and packs in a 2100mAh battery that can offer average usage time with moderate usage. On the connectivity front, the Y31A has Dual SIM 4G LTE, functionality, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,  Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 port and 3.5 mm audio jack.
