Sirui introduces two new additions to its Jupiter series, unveiling full-frame macro cine lenses: the Sirui Jupiter 75mm T2.8 and the Sirui Jupiter 100mm T2.8. These macro cinema lenses pack impressive macro capabilities, with the former offering a 1:1 magnification ratio and the latter boasting a 1.5:1 magnification ratio.

Crafted for full-frame cameras, these full-frame macro cine lenses are compatible with Canon EF and PL-mounts but lack electronic contacts. Nonetheless, utilizing adapters, these optics can seamlessly integrate into various systems, offering a minimal focusing distance of 0.29 meters.

Consistency is a hallmark across the Sirui Jupiter line, evident in the positioning of focus and aperture rings and the standardized 95mm mounting thread for filters. Each lens in this range features dual control rings for aperture adjustment ranging from T2.8 to T22. Uniformity extends to weight, controls, design, and a 1/4″ tripod mount at the base.

Sirui affirms that these new macro cinema lenses in the Jupiter line are designed to support sensor resolutions up to 8K, catering to the requirements of contemporary cinema cameras.

These optics feature precise focusing and aperture rings, offering a 0.8mm stroke. Crafted from lightweight yet durable metal bodies, they provide ease of handling. The focus ring delivers a rotation angle of 200° for the 24mm and 35mm T2 lenses and 220° for the 50mm T2 lens.
