Sirui has unveiled its maiden lenses featuring an automatic focusing system – the Sirui Sniper F/1.2. The marketing campaign commenced on November 20th, aimed at funding the production of three lenses: 23mm, 33mm, and 56mm, sharing consistent optical traits and mechanics, ideal for comprehensive filmmaking.

This new line, Sirui Sniper, is tailored for Sony E, Fujifilm X, and Nikon Z mounts, catering specifically to cameras equipped with APS-C format sensors.
While sharing design elements, the lenses within the line differ in weight; the Sirui Sniper 23mm F1.2 weighs 380 grams, whereas the Sirui Sniper 56mm F1.2 tips the scales at 422 grams.
All lenses in this series boast a standard 58mm front filter thread and leverage 11 aperture blades to produce uniformly round bokeh across various apertures. Additionally, the focus ring spans a full 360° rotation across all three lenses.
These lenses are equipped with a USB-C port, allowing for future updates, and are available in white, black, or silver with a sleek carbon fiber finish.
