Samsung Z3 with Tizen OS, 5-inch Display and 1GB RAM Launched

Samsung has unveiled its own new second Tizen OS smartphone, called Z3. Unlike the bulky design of the Z1, Samsung Z3 carries the much higher design and looks different, if we can look closely, it also offers something like Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was previously launched. Therefore Samsung Z3 is launched with a little higher price tag of Rs 8,490 – approximately $130, while the Samsung Z1 cost only Rs 4,999 – approximately $70.

Samsung Z3 phone will go on sale next week in the Indian market via offline and online retail shops, it’s available in three Gold, Black, and Silver colour variants. In terms of hardware specifications, at $130, then of course we cannot ask for a high configuration on the Z3. Accordingly, Samsung Z3 features a 5.0-inch Super Amoled screen and HD resolution 720×1280 pixel.

The Z3 from Spreadtrum SC7730S CPU (a semiconductor company in China), clocked at 1.3GHz quad-core processor. Besides, the Z3 is equipped with a 1GB of RAM along with an 8GB of internal storage that can be further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB.

When talking about the camera features, Samsung Z3 also comes with quite nice imaging capabilities such as an 8-megapixel primary camera on the back with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash which can also able to record HD videos. While there is a 5-megapixel front shooter to capture Selfie with various inbuilt modes such as Panorama, Auto, Beauty Face, Pro, HDR, Dream Shot, Night, and Continuous Shots.

The Samsung Z3 runs latest Tizen 2.4 OS and packs a 2600mAh battery out of the box. Samsung also integrates a number of features for Z3 together with customers to match in India as “Ultra Data Saving Mode” – to help minimize mobile network capacity in use, or “Ultra Power Saving Mode” – allows Z3 remains active in standby within 33 hours whether the battery has less than 10 percent.
