Designed to impress with its modernized look, the Moto G Play 2024 is a mid-range smartphone that offers great value for money. Unlike its predecessor, it features a sleek frame and a discreet, edge-sloping camera module, giving it a more contemporary appearance.
They have removed the two 2 MP sensors of the previous model and made room for the upgraded 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens. Motorola have also enhanced the front camera with an 8 MP sensor. The 6.5-inch LCD, although limited to a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels and a brightness of 500 nits, offers a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate.
The Moto G Play 2024 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset under the hood. It features four performance cores with clock frequencies of up to 2.4 GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8 GHz. With 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable flash memory, storage is not an issue, thanks to the microSD card slot. The device also includes convenient features like a fingerprint sensor, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a USB-C port, and a long-lasting 5,000 mAh battery. Additionally, it comes pre-installed with Android 13.

You can purchase the Moto G Play 2024 on Amazon for $149.99. It is available in a unique Sapphire Blue color. Meanwhile, the previous model, the G Play 2023, is now priced at $99.99 for the 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage variant.
