Micromax Canvas Pep with a Quad-core SoC Launched at Rs. 5,999

Micromax is a second large smartphone company in India, is known for its success comes from the cheap feature phone and mid-range smartphone devices.

Yesterday, Micromax has officially introduced new Smartphone called Micromax Canvas Pep, running Android 4.4 Kitkat and price of Rs. 5,999. This Micromax Smartphone is available at an online web store and offline shop to purchase for consumers.

The Micromax Canvas Pep comes with 4.5-inch display with a FWVGA resolution of 480×854 pixels. Configuration, the device is enabled with a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor, unknown chip – most likely MediaTek and 1GB of RAM.

The camera of Micromax Canvas Pep has 5-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and a front camera of 1.3-megapixels to take a selfie photo. For now the internal memory of this phone is not disclosed yet, but according to this price range it is comes with a 4GB of internal memory and expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

The Micromax Canvas Pep is a dual SIM smartphone, running Android 4.4 KitKat and battery capacity of 1700 mAh with a standby time up to 210 hours according to the company. In terms of connectivity, the phone is supports 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB and 3.5mm audio jack.

Recently, Micromax also introduced a budget smartphone called Micromax Bolt A82, this phone supports Dual-SIM and comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

The Micromax Bolt A82 owned TFT display of 4.5-inches, a resolution of 480×854 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, MediaTek MTK6572 chip and 512MB of RAM. The inbuilt memory of 4GB, expandable via MicroSD cards up to 32 GB.

It has a rear camera of 5-megapixels supports LED flash and a front camera of 0.3-megapixels. Battery capacity of 1800 mAh, deliver standby time up to 200 hours and talk time up to 5 hours.
