Cooler Master introduces GP27-FUS gaming monitor with mini-LED, UHD, 160 Hz, and HDMI 2.1

Cooler Master presented the new PC gaming monitor GP27-FUS. The HDMI 2.1 monitor comes with a mini LED (FALD) and slightly different features.

As part of the Chronos Summit press event, Cooler Master not only presented the unusual Sneaker X, a PC case in the style of a sneaker, but also many other innovations. These include a new gaming PC monitor with the model numbers GP27-FUS.

The new Mini LED monitor from Cooler Master measure 27 inches diagonally and is equipped with an IPS panel (AUO AHVA) that is illuminated by a mini LED backlight with 576 individually controllable dimming zones. According to the manufacturer, the maximum brightness is up to 1,200 cd/m² in HDR mode. The DCI-P3 color spectrum is covered by 97 percent, with a Quantum Dot film being used here. There is also a display HDR1000 certification and support for FreeSync Premium. The response time is specified as 1 ms (GtG).

The Cooler Master GP27-FUS has a UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) and is updated at 160 Hz. It is equipped with one DisplayPort 1.4 and a newer and faster HDMI 2.1. In addition, the PC gaming monitor has one USB-C with 90-watt power delivery and two USB-A. All these are packed in chic housing with a three-way adjustable stand and RGB LED lighting on the back.
