Samsung has released its latest Galaxy Book models with fourth-generation updates. Included in the lineup are two 16-inch “Pro” models: the Galaxy Book4 Pro 2024 in a traditional laptop design and the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 2024 featuring a convertible 360-degree design.
To compete with Apple’s MacBook Pro line, Samsung has introduced the 14-inch Galaxy Book4 Pro and the Galaxy Book4 Ultra, both of which come in 16-inch versions. The larger 16-inch Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 share key features:
- Display: 16-inch AMOLED screen with 2880 x 1800 pixels, refresh rate of 48~120 Hz, and peak brightness of 400 nits
- Processor: Intel Core Ultra 5/Core Ultra 7
- RAM: 16GB/32GB LPDDR5X
- Storage: 512GB/1TB PCIe SSD
- Battery: 76 Wh with 65W charging
Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 offers a convertible design, making it slightly larger and heavier compared to the standard 16-inch model. Specifically, the dimensions and weight are: Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 – 355.4 x 252.2 x 12.8 mm, 1.66 kg; Galaxy Book4 Pro – 355.4 x 250.4 x 12.5 mm, 1.56 kg.
Both 16-inch models feature Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, along with two Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, a MicroSD card slot, a 3.5mm jack, and a USB Type-C. The Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 supports pen input and comes with the S Pen included.
