Coolpad Porto S and Coolpad Torino S have been officially launched in Europe. Both are new Coolpad S-series smartphones, supports 4G LTE connectivity. The Coolpad India, recently announced Coolpad Note 3 Lite in India at Rs. 6,999.
The company Head of European Business, Mr Denny Qiu said, “Coolpad manufactures high quality products and we believe that our innovations are the key to success. With the introduction of the world’s first dual-SIM smartphone and the leadership in LTE smartphones in China, we have demonstrated our ability to innovate. Now we want to promote our innovation story in Europe.”
Coolpad Porto S Price & Specifications:
The Porto S sports a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, along with 16 million pixels that can deliver a pixel density of 294ppi and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz Quad-core processor that’s fueled by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P chipset with Mali-T720 MP3 GPU. The device packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB with the help of microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the Porto S has 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. It shoots HD 720p videos. It has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chatting. The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Cool UI 8.0 interface on top.
It packs a 2000mAh battery under the hood. It measures 143 x 72 x 7.6 mm and weighs only 125 grams. It supports a dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, OTG and 3.5 mm audio jack connectivity options.
The Coolpad Porto S price in Europe is set to 129 Euros – approximately $140 USD.
Coolpad Torino S Price & Specifications:
The Torino S features slightly lower 4.7-inch display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, along with 2.5D curved screen protection. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor that’s powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 410 chipset with Adreno 306 GPU. The device packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB expandable memory
On the camera front, the Torino S also features 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chatting. There is also a Fingerprint Sensor below the camera can be unlocked the device in just 0.5 seconds and also clicks still in just 0.24 seconds. Alongside an IR sensor which can be used as Remote control to handle various electronics products such as Smart TV, AC, Refrigerator etc.
The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Cool UI 8.0 interface on top. It packs a 1800mAh battery under the hood. It measures 139 x 67.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs just 120 grams.
The Coolpad Torino S price in Europe is set to 199 Euros – approximately $217 USD, both these Coolpad smartphones will be available for purchase at the end of this month via offline and online shops in Europe.
