Sony Bravia 7 Mini QLED 4K HDR Smart TV with Google TV

Sony unveiled its new flagship television for the 2024 model year. The Bravia 7 is said to be a huge upgrade compared to last year’s Bravia X90L, as the new MiniQLED model has eight times as many dimming zones and achieves 30 percent higher peak brightness thanks to the improved mini-LED backlighting.

The new Sony Bravia 7 TV ships with Google TV and supports Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos. The new XR processor promises better scene recognition as well as facial recognition to improve the representation of people. This Google TV HDR model also achieves 4K resolution at 120 Hz including Dolby Vision, VRR, and ALLM.

Sony’s XR Backlight Master Drive precisely manages thousands of Mini-LEDs to achieve high brightness levels. Combined with XR Contrast Booster 20, the Bravia 7 showcases outstanding contrast, featuring deep, rich blacks and vibrant highlights.

The Bravia 7 uses a QOLED panel, available in 55 inches, 65 inches, 75 inches, or 85 inches. The built-in Google TV on Sony TV offers an extensive range of streaming choices, conveniently organizing your favorite and most-watched shows on one home screen. Additionally, they feature superior audio quality through a built-in 40-watt, dual-channel speaker system, ensuring a broad soundstage.

The QLED panel on this TV, strengthened by XR Triluminos Pro, amplifies the range of colors and saturation, delivering accurate and natural tones in each scene. Smart features like Voice Zoom 3 ensure dialogue is clear and audible.
