Alcatel U5 HD With 8MP and 5MP Camera with LED Flash Announced

After leaked in Images with Alcatel A3 Plus, and A7 XL, now the Alcatel U5 HD smartphone has been officially launched and listed on its official website. It is a budget smartphone highlighting Android 7.0 Nougat, 8MP rear and 5MP front camera with LED flash. The handset is available in White and Black colors with a textured plastic back cover design.

Alcatel U5 HD Specifications

The Alcatel U5 HD features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution. The device has a textured back cover design and its housing made of plastic. It is powered by MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and packs an 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

The U5 HD flaunts an 8-megapixel primary autofocus camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with front LED flash to capture bright self-portraits. The camera also features HDR, EIS, Instant Collage, Face Mask, Face Show, Selfie Album, Face Beauty and more.

The handset runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and packs a 2200mAh battery that is claimed to deliver talk-time up to 4 hours and standby time up to 200 hours. It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options.
