As earlier, we mentioned about the new Alcatel OneTouch Idol 4 and OneTouch Idol 4S has been leaked manufacturer itself. A new report from Winfuture has leaked that Alcatel has launched its new Pop Series smartphones ahead of the MWC 2016 event. The tipster has also claimed new devices are dubbed as Alcatel OneTouch Pop 4, Pop 4 Plus and Pop 4S.
Alcatel OneTouch Pop 4 Specifications:
First to mention Alcatel Pop 4 (image above), an entry-level affordable smartphone detailing with mid-range configuration. The handset features a 5.0-inch IPS display and HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The device employs a 1.1 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be added more up to 32GB with the help of MicroSD card.
It also packs an 8-megapixel primary camera on the back with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It supports 4G-LTE, runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs in 2500mAh battery under the hood.
Alcatel OneTouch Pop 4 Plus Specifications:
Next is the Alcatel Pop 4 Plus, relatively a budget smartphone from the manufacturer. The handset features slightly larger 5.5-inch IPS display with HD 720×1280 pixels resolution that can offer a pixel density of 267ppi. It is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor that backed by 64-bit Snapdragon 210 chip and Adreno 304 GPU.
There is a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It packs 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 2500mAh battery and pre-loaded Android 6.0 Marshmallow with dual SIM 4G LTE connectivity out of the box.
Alcatel OneTouch Pop 4S Specifications:
Alcatel Pop 4S belongs to premium segment with better configuration to give tough competition to other mid-range devices. It features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display for better image quality with Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution can provide a pixel density of 403ppi and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The handset is powered by a 2.0 GHz 64-bit MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 octa-core processor and Mali-T860 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16/32GB of expandable storage. It bears a 13-megapixel rear camera with the PDAF and LED, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The battery capacity of 2960mAh, runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and also support the dual SIM 4G LTE network.
