Acer Liquid Jade Z, Liquid Z220 and Liquid Z520 Smartphones Launched at MWC 2015

At MWC 2015, Acer has introduced the three new smartphones including Acer Liquid Jade Z, Liquid Z220 and Liquid Z520. All these are mid-range smartphone device with a pre-installed Android 5.0 OS.

The Acer Liquid Z520 with a larger screen while Acer Liquid Jade Z is the most advanced phone with IPS 5-inch screen, with a resolution of 720p, 64-bit quad-core chip, 13-megapixels rear camera, 4G LTE Cat 4 connectivity but price only 199 Euro.

First, Acer Liquid Z220 with 4-inch screen, with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, Snapdragon 200 chip, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, Dual SIM slots, 5-megapixels rear camera while 2-megapixels front facing camera and runs on Android 5.0 OS.

The Acer Liquid Z520 has a higher specification, 5-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, Snapdragon 400 chip, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 8 GB of internal memory, supports a microSD card slot, rear camera of 8-megapixels camera with additional features such active voice, speakerphone support DTS audio technology Studio Sound promise for better stereo sound.

Regarding the interface, Acer provides the Quick Mode feature to switch between three Basic Mode for making a voice call and messaging, suitable for young children, Easy Mode for adding radio, weather, clock, speed dial, instant messaging and Standard Mode for normal mode with unlimited features.

Finally, the Acer Liquid Jade Z with 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720p, Gorilla Glass 3, 64-bit quad-core MediaTek processor, a 13-megapixels rear camera with wide aperture F1.8 for better low-light photography, a 5-megapixels front camera with aperture F 2.2, display with Zero Air Gap technology eliminates the reflections of light, other function compatible with the Acer Read Mode, which helps reduce eyestrain. In addition, the device also supports 24-bit audio and DTS Studio Sound technology, it’s a 7.9 mm thin and weighs only 110 grams. The phone runs on Android 4.4 OS and price around 199 Euro, sold from March in Europe, while the Z220, Acer Liquid price around 89 Euro and Acer Liquid Z520 price is 109 Euro, sold in April.
