BenQ announces InstaShow WDC30, a secure and powerful wireless presentation system. The InstaShow WDC30 solution offers WPA3 encryption, integrated EAL6+ certified components, and FIPS 140-3 tested crypto libraries as well as the Onward Security Corporation’s Vulnerability Black Box Test for the highest security standards, such as those required in the government, finance, and banking sectors.

With the InstaShow WDC30, up to 8 users can present their content simultaneously thanks to the integrated split-screen functionality. The WDC30 connects to the end devices used in just a few seconds via plug-and-play without additional installation of software, apps, or drivers. The InstaShow transmitter units are connected to a notebook or PC via an HDMI 1.4 connection and, after 5 seconds of pairing with the InstaShow receiver, are ready to mirror the screen content onto a large-format display or a projector at the touch of a button.

You can flexibly switch back and forth among several meeting participants who have an InstaShow transmitter unit, up to 64 users can connect one after the other and present their content with the BenQ InstaShow WDC30. Up to 8 users can share their content simultaneously with the split-screen function via the WDC30 wireless presentation system. In addition, participants can connect via the InstaShare app on Android smartphones or Apple iPhones.

With the WDC30, BenQ uses a self-contained network with 128-bit AES security encryption and WPA3 authentication protocol, which ensures that presentations are protected very securely, and intellectual property remains private and protected from tampering or accidental disclosure. Thanks to InstaShow’s touch-back function, presenters can fully concentrate on their presentation with the WDC30 system without having to constantly switch back and forth between the display and the PC or laptop.
