Sony SmartWatch 3 & SmartBand Talk

The Sony company is launching the SmartWatch 3 Android Wear.

In terms of features, the 3rd generation Sony SmartWatch 3 almost no difference with the SmartWatch of LG, Motorola and Samsung. The Sony company intends to provide SmartWatch 3 with Walkman a Bluetooth headset so you can control the listening experience from your Android Wear.

In terms of design, Sony SmartWatch 3 has a colorful design which is attracting the youth. Sony has focused on the durability of the product when used the back casing with steel and silicone made watch strap with interchangeable and dust and water protection from IP68 certification. This makes the Sony SmartWatch 3 slightly oversized and experience has not really improved.

With a dial of 1.6 inches, the display is not bright enough and SmartWatch 3 could not show a good impression about the quality, but it’s a more compact form the 2.0-inch screen of the Samsung Galaxy Gear. Compared to the Moto 360 and the LG G R, Sony SmartWatch 3 seems a lesser in style.

Sony SmartWatch 3 configuration includes 320×320 resolution, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 4GB of internal memory and 420 mAh battery. According to the statement by Sony, SmartWatch 3 has a battery life up to 2 days of normal use. The price is $249.99 and Sony SmartWatch 3 Release Date is not yet confirmed but its fall of this year.

Sony also launched another new member to the family of SmartWear, which is SmartBand Talk bracelet. The screen has new E Ink technology, SmartBand Talk dial of 1.4 inches. This band has a little slow refresh rate of the screen which is makes the user experience less slow and uncomfortable.

In return, SmartBand Talk is equipped with an advanced technology called HD Voice. With the integrated microphone and speaker, you can use SmartBand Talk to make a call directly from the bracelet. You can use SmartBand to control the music player like play, pause or next by hand shake. In fact, SmartBand will not listen to the audio only track the movement of the hand to perform this task.

Sony SmartBand Talk with sensors to measure of your footsteps and stair climbing time. The SmartBand Talk price is 160 EUR. Products on sale in the November of this year.

Both Sony SmartWatch 3 and SmartBand Talk are connected to the phone via Bluetooth and NFC. These two fashionable  products with new technology from Sony will use the microUSB charging port to increase the maximum compatibility with the existing charging port.
