The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G starts in the mid-range with a 50 MP triple camera, a 6,000 mAh battery, and a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+, and should therefore achieve a strong price-performance ratio. However, the device still does without Samsung’s latest design adjustments.
Almost at the same time as the Galaxy A35 5G and the Galaxy A55 5G, Samsung has also unveiled the Samsung M15 5G. Unlike the two more expensive devices in the Galaxy A series, the Galaxy M15 price is low.
The Galaxy M15 5G retains an older design, lacking the flat frame and “Key Island” featured in the Galaxy A15 5G. However, it features the same MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash storage.
The Galaxy M15 5G boasts a significantly larger battery with a capacity of 6,000 mAh. This capacity allows for 23 hours of Wi-Fi surfing and 25 hours of video playback. It charges via USB-C with up to 25 watts.
It features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 pixels and a 90Hz frame rate. The 13-megapixel front camera is situated within a notch on the screen. The back, on the other hand, houses the 50 MP f/1.8 main camera, the 5 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and the 2 MP f/2.4 macro camera. A fingerprint sensor in the power button and a 3.5 mm headphone jack complete the feature set. Moreover, the Galaxy M15 5G comes pre-loaded with Android 14. Additionally, it benefits from four major Android updates and, furthermore, receives five years of security patches, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
