The new QNAP NAS users can switch the operating system from QTS to QuTS hero – QNAP’s ZFS-based NAS operating system that provides end-to-end data integrity, data reduction (inline data deduplication, compression, and compaction), and more features for users that need to prioritize data reliability over performance.

In addition, there are two PCIe Gen 3 x 4 slots where you can install expansion cards such as network cards with 5GbE or 10GbE ports. HDMI 2.0 output allows you to directly display multimedia data and NAS virtual machines desktops on a monitor or TV. TVS-675 is running an operating system with QTS on QuTS hero. Completing the picture are a pair of USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) ports and a pair of USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s) ports.
