Microsoft Surface Pro 4: Lighter, Thinner, Surface Pen and Fingerprint Scanner Launched

A very new next generation Surface Pro 4 which Microsoft officially announced at the event taking place tomorrow. The Microsoft Tablet with the same design, but slightly thinner and larger screen size when compared to the Surface Pro 3. However, inside the device a very valuable upgrades for hardware and new features.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has been made of magnesium alloy, 8.4mm thin (Surface Pro 3 9.1 mm), but the screen increases up to 0.3-inches. It comes equipped with a 12.3-inch display with PixelTouch technology, 5 million pixels, aspect ratio of 3:2, a resolution of 2736×1824 pixel with a pixel density of 267ppi. Microsoft has reduced the bezel width and the screen also has only 0.4mm thick Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. This time Surface Pro 4 comes with a new Pen called Surface Pen which is also supported eraser to undo process and can detect 1024 points of pressure.

For Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Specs, it is also upgraded with 6th generation Intel Core Skylake processors, more RAM and more advanced version, you will have Core i5 and i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. In addition, Microsoft has added Intel HD Graphics 515, Intel HD Graphics 520, and Intel Iris Graphics respectively.

Surface Pro 4 comes with a new Surface Pen with an eraser also use as a pencil. The Surface Pen has a battery life up to the year. In addition, Microsoft also introduced new Type Cover for laptop with a standard chiclet keyboard that also come with a glass trackpad, 40% larger than Surface Pro 3. This Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is more compact, connected via USB 3.0, Wi-Fi, Ethernet port, 2x 4K Mini DisplayPorts and also supports fingerprint scanner.

The Surface Pro 4 will available for pre-order from online retailer Amazon US now, the price starts from $899 for Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB ROM and would be delivered on 26th October 2015. User could also find some newly launched Surface accessorizes as well.
