The South Korean company LG has unveiled a new gaming screen called LG UltraGear 27GR75Q on its Hong Kong website. This LG 27-inch QHD model utilizes IPS technology to provide a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz. It also boasts HDR10 support and covers an impressive 99 percent of the sRGB color space.
The 1440p 27 IPS monitor offers a contrast ratio of 1000:1, an 8-bit color depth, a typical brightness of 300 cd/m², and a fast response time of 1 ms (grey to gray). To prevent tearing, it comes equipped with both FreeSync Premium and G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync. Additionally, users have the option to activate a motion blur mode.
For added convenience, the LG 27GR75Q features an on-screen display (OSD) that allows users to control a black stabilizer, enable an FPS display, or overlay crosshairs. In terms of connectivity, the monitor offers two HDMI 2.0 inputs (supporting WQHD at a maximum of 144 Hz), a DisplayPort 1.4 (supporting WQHD at a maximum of 165 Hz), and a headphone output.
