The Kodak IM5 android smartphone was announced at the beginning of this year at CES 2015.
Recently, the Kodak IM5 smartphone appeared on the media site, this phone is designed by Bullitt (Bullitt Group Limited), which are famous and specializing to design rugged and weatherproof phones. The Kodak IM5 with eye-catchy design, inside the smartphone has mid-range specifications.
The Kodak IM5 comes with 5 inch screen, HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, MediaTek chip and 1.7 GHz octa-core processor, but the manufacturer does not say anything about the processor of the phone. It is a mid-range smartphone so maybe it uses MediaTek MT6592 chip. The Kodak IM5 packed with 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory and also supports microSD slot.
Kodak IM5 is running on Android 4.4 KitKat platform, but Kodak has promised in the future to update this phone to Android 5.0.2. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and on the front panel, you can see the 5-megapixel camera.
The Kodak IM5 smartphone comes with pre-installed applications that allows you to edit photos, share them with your friends and print them on your printer. In addition to support Google Play store, Kodak IM5 owners will have access all app form stores.
In the US, Kodak IM5 price $ 249 and will be available in next March or early April, the price of the phone is slightly higher than previously announced at CES 2015 Kodak event.
