In addition to the recently unveiled Gigabyte GS32Q, Taiwanese tech company Gigabyte has introduced another curved gaming monitor, the Gigabyte GS32QC. This new model is a successor to the G32QC-A released in 2021, sharing many key specifications, but it features an improved WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, running at a refresh rate of 170 Hz, a slight increase from the previous 165 Hz.
The GS32QC boasts a VA panel with a 1500R curvature, and 8-bit color depth, and comes equipped with features like FreeSync Premium, Aim Stabilizer, and HDR support. It is HDR-ready, similar to its 31.5-inch predecessors, and supports FreeSync Premium Pro.
This gaming monitor offers a 3500:1 contrast ratio, a color gamut covering 109 percent of sRGB, and a typical brightness of 300 cd/m², ensuring vivid visuals and deep black levels. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4, and a headphone output.
While the GS32QC might be somewhat lacking in ergonomic adjustments, it does provide tilt functionality, VESA mounting (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backlighting. The monitor is also energy-efficient, with a power consumption of 26 watts.
