FlashQ x20 Flash Light for Fujifilm cameras released

LightPix Labs has added a compact and lightweight FlashQ x20 camera flash light designed for Fujifilm cameras to its catalog. It supports a 2.4GHz radio transmitter for radio wireless control and Fujifilm TTL (ADI / P-TTL), offering very rich features in a small size. The flash guide number is 20.

FlashQ x20 Flash Light radio transmitter

In terms of illumination angle, the flash camera corresponds to a lens with a focal length of 32 mm. It is possible to manually control the impulse in the range 1-1/64. With 1/3 EV steps, you can adjust the pulse in the range of 1-1/16.

The compact flash supports front and rear curtain sync, and manual flash override. The head can be tilted. A filter is provided. In addition, the flash has a built-in LED light, which can be used not only as a modeling light but also for video shooting, as it has a high color rendering index (95). The lamp creates an illumination of 60 lux at a distance of 1 m.

An interesting feature of the flash is a removable TTL transmitter. It can be left on the hot shoe, and the flash placed remotely. One radio transmitter can control multiple FlashQ x20s at the same time. For control, a radio channel at a frequency of 2.4 GHz is used. The communication radius is 10 m.

The FlashQ x20 is powered by two AA batteries, either primary or rechargeable. The radio transmitter is powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery. Both the flash and the transmitter have USB-C ports for charging. Of course, only batteries can be charged in the flash. On one set of batteries, you can get from 100 to 2000 impulses or use FlashQ x20 as a video light for 1 hour. Recharging after a full-power pulse takes 5-6 seconds. The transmitter operates without recharging for up to 30 hours (120 days in standby mode).

At the bottom of the case, there is a threaded hole for mounting on a tripod. With dimensions of 59 x 101 x 30 mm, the flash weighs 120 g without batteries.

The list of compatible cameras includes:

  • X-T4, X-T3, X-T2, X-T1, X-T30, X-T20, X-T10, X-H1, X-S10
