Wacom Cintiq Pro touch screen drawing tablets introduced with 4K 120Hz displays and powerful features

Wacom is broadening its array of graphic monitor tablet models by introducing two new models featuring integrated displays. The Wacom Cintiq Pro 22 and Cintiq Pro 17, both considerably more compact than the Cintiq Pro 27, are geared towards individuals looking for semi-mobile system use or those facing constraints in space or budget.

The latest Wacom wireless pen tablet digital displays are the smaller counterparts of the Cintiq Pro 27. Despite their reduced size, they maintain an extensive range of features catering to the most demanding users.

Both touch screen drawing tablet models boast an impressive resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels, mirroring the Cintiq Pro 27. The screen size measures 17.3 inches for the Cintiq Pro 17 and 21.5 inches for the Cintiq Pro 22. These displays can reproduce 1.07 billion colors, with the Cintiq Pro 22 covering 95 percent of the Adobe RGB color space and the Cintiq Pro 17 encompassing 88 percent. Furthermore, both models excel in reproducing 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color space.

To ensure color accuracy, there is Pantone and Pantone SkinTone validation, assuring graphic designers that their colors will translate accurately in print. The brightness levels are estimated at 400 cd/m² for the Cintiq Pro 17 and 300 cd/m² for the Cintiq Pro 22. Additionally, both displays operate at a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Each Wacom wireless pen tablet display is equipped with 8 customizable buttons, allowing users to configure specific applications for quick access to various tools in image editing software. Input is facilitated by the Wacom Pro Pen 3, which features three configurable side switches. This pen offers exceptional precision, distinguishing between 8,192 pressure levels, a feature that surpasses many competing systems.
