Behringer has introduced the System 100 Eurorack Module back in January at NAMM 2020, in which some of the Behringer Synthesizer models are now available to buy in USA, alongside the availability of the Behringer Eurorack Go Case for Synthesizers.
At NAMM 2020, Behringer presents eleven new Behringer mixer Eurorack modules, all of which are authentic reproductions of the original “System 100M” circuit from 1975. Fat-sounding oscillators and warm-sounding filters were the figureheads of the original ‘System 100’, which became famous in the early 1980s for these sound characteristics. Famous artists also swore by these sound characteristics. System 100 was popular with Depeche Mode, Human League, Tears For Fears, Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, and Aphex Twin.
Behringer 130 Dual VCA Eurorack Module
This new Behringer synthesizer is an authentic reproduction based on the original Roland System 100M circuitry in Eurorack form. Each independent VCA offers three inputs with level knob controls, an initial level knob, and three modulation inputs with dedicated level knobs. Additionally, each VCA has a 2-way switch for linear or exponential settings, LED indicators for load and overloaded signals, and two summed outputs (high/low), which combine the outputs of each VCA.
Behringer 130 Dual VCA Eurorack Module has been priced at $99.99 and it can be purchased through the Bhphotovideo.com online store.
Behringer 140 Dual Envelope with LFO Eurorack Module
This new Behringer synthesizer features two independent voltage-controlled envelopes and a single low-frequency oscillator (LFO) in a single Eurorack module. Each independent envelope offers a parameter slider for attack, decay, sustain, and release (ADSR) and includes two standard outputs and one inverse output. Each envelope generator comes with a Manual Gate that you can press and hold to start the envelope cycle.
The LFO features 5 selectable waveforms: sine, triangle, square, ramp and saw tooth. The Frequency Range switch sets the oscillating frequency of the LFO along with the Frequency and Delay sliders for unparalleled flexibility. Connecting an external trigger can work with the Delay control to phase lock the LFO to your keyboard synthesizer playing.
Behringer 150 Ring Mod, Noise, S&H, and LFO Eurorack Module
This utility module features four individual circuits, which provide a wide pallet of functions. The ring modulation circuit is capable of creating metallic and bell sounds, while the LFO circuit offers five selectable waveforms including sine, triangle, square, ramp, and sawtooth. The LFO offers frequency to control the rate, and a delay slider, which controls how the LFO’s signal is applied over time. The dedicated noise circuit provides four outputs (two white and two pink), while the sample & hold generator offers a clock rate, lag time controls, and a 3-way input selector for noise, source, or external input.
Behringer 150 Ring Mod, Noise, S&H, and LFO Eurorack Module has been priced at $79.99 and it can also be purchased over the Bhphotovideo.com online store.
Behringer 173 Quad Gate and Multiples Eurorack Module
Each of the four independent signal gates (switches) utilize buffered inputs and outputs for immediate signal switching. This provides users with the option to choose between a control gate operation, non-inverting (active high) input, or an inverting (active low) input. Each of the four 6-channel multiples have floating parallel connections for optimal signal integrity. Send out your signal to other modules to help you create more intricate patches and deliver more compelling sounds from one source.
