Acer Predator XB273K LV 27-inch 4K Gaming Monitor is now available

A new Predator 27 inch 4K gaming monitor was unveiled in 2022, the Acer Predator XB273K LV. At that time, the information was still fairly sparse, but that has changed in the meantime, so we want to take a closer look at the Predator 27 inch 4K gaming monitor that has recently also been available in the US.

The Acer Predator XB273K LVbmiipruzx has an IPS panel with a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels), a maximum refresh rate of 160Hz, and DisplayHDR 600 certification. The gray change takes place within 1 ms.

The data sheet also mentions 600 cd/m² brightness, 8-bit color depth, 95 percent DCI-P3, a Delta-E value of less than 1, and power consumption of 32 watts (SDR) or 64 watts (HDR).

Since the Acer XB273K LV supports FreeSync Premium and not FreeSync Premium Pro, you, unfortunately, don’t get anything from the HDR properties in games – unless, of course, you do without the sync technology against tearing.

If you want, you can use two internal 2-watt speakers as sound generators. The range of interfaces includes two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a mini DisplayPort 1.4, a USB 3.2 hub (Gen 1), a headphone output, and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 with DisplayPort alternate mode. Acer also confirmed the use of a KVM switch.

The Acer Predator XB273KLV, weighing 3.94 kg, is equipped with a two-year warranty and offers the flexibility of being turned, tilted, and adjusted in height. Moreover, the option of a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm) has also been taken into account.
