The Predator X25 360Hz gaming monitor from Acer, which was first introduced last year, is now available to buy from various online retailers in the country. It is being sold cheaper than expected.
Last June, Acer presented its new Predator X25 bmiiprzx NVIDIA G-SYNC monitor for gaming. It should be on the market at the end of 2020. So far, however, it has not been found in stores.
Among other things, the Acer Predator X25 Hdr400 can be found on Amazon.com, Bestbuy.com, Bhphotovideo.com, and Newegg.com online stores. The 360Hz gaming monitor is offered for $799.99. It makes it significantly cheaper than the manufacturer’s originally communicated recommended retail price, which was around $1,129.
Acer Predator X25 is a particularly fast gaming monitor. Its update rate is 360 Hz, but at this frequency, it requires correspondingly powerful gaming hardware. The native response time gray to gray (GtG) is 1 ms. With the built-in overdrive function, a value of up to 0.3 ms can even be achieved. Nvidia G-Sync compatible is on board as well as the Nvidia Reflex Latency Analyzer.
The resolution of the 24.5-inch diagonal IPS panel is Full HD, i.e. 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The other specifications of the Acer Predator X25 include 99 percent coverage of the sRGB color space with a Delta-E value of less than 1 and a brightness of 400 cd / m². DisplayHDR 400 is just as much part of the equipment as VisionCare 4.0 for protecting the eyes in neon-lit landscapes or colorful space anomalies. There is also RGB lighting including synchronization with multiple monitors.
Two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB 3.0 hub, and an audio out are available as connections. It comes with an ergonomic stand, which allows you to tilt the display from -5 to +25 degrees, rotate the screen on the stand up to 30 degrees in any direction, adjust the height up to 12 cm, and also rotate the display 90 degrees and use it in portrait mode.
