Sony has quietly introduced a cheap sports Bluetooth wireless headset called the Sony WI-SP510, and will be a replacement for the previous WI-SP500 sports series.
Sony WI-SP510 is an Extra BASS series with high-energy sound quality and focus on the bass range to meet the needs of listening to music when exercising. Inside the Bluetooth headset for iPhone is a dynamic driver with a 12mm diameter.
To combat sweat during workouts and environmental conditions, the Sony WI-SP510 is equipped with an IPX5 waterproof rating. The earbuds are magnetic and soft-cushioned arc supporter and the curved design of each earbud help to keep them in place. It has a neckband design that helps keep the earphones steady and free of drops.
On the outside of the WI-SP510 housing, there is a layer of magnet that attaches two headphones when not in use. The neckband part is similar to the Bluetooth part of another Bluetooth headset with microphone such as WI-C200, WI-C310, or WI-XB400. The battery life of WI-SP510 can be up to 15 hours continuously and the ability to fast charge, 10 minutes charging to provide 1 hour listing time.
