QNAP Systems has released TS-431KX Network Attached Storage (NAS) for SMEs. The basis of this QNAP NAS is the AnnapurnaLabs AL-214 quad-core 1.7 GHz processor (this is a 32-bit processor on the ARM architecture), and the obvious advantages of the QNAP TS-431KX include the 10GbE SFP + port.
In addition to it, there are two 1GbE ports and three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. The storage has four bays for 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives with SATA 6 Gb/s interface. This storage allows you to organize backup, recovery, and data synchronization. The TS-431KX supports Snapshot technology as well as local, remote, and QNAP cloud backup HBS (Hybrid Backup Sync).
The TS-431KX QNAP NAS ‘s notification center integrates all QTS system events and alerts, providing users with a notification solution in a single application. Security Advisor evaluates and recommends security settings to enhance NAS security. The built-in QTS App Center provides a wide range of useful applications: Surveillance Station allows you to create a secure surveillance system; Qsync automatically synchronizes files between NAS, mobile devices and computers; Container Station allows you to import or export LXC and Docker applications; QmailAgent allows you to centrally manage multiple email accounts; Qfiling automates file organization, and Qsirch quickly finds the files you need. Users can also download related mobile applications for remote access to their NAS.
The dimensions of the device are 161 × 160 × 219 mm, and the weight is about 2.03 kg.
